The device has sensors movable around rotational axes and turned concomitantly and symmetrically with respect to a sight line (L) in opposed directions, where centers of the sensors are located on a line parallel with an axis of an endoscopic tube (2). The tube is traversed by air flow passing through a base plate (3) from a compressed air source (27). A back part of each sensor comprises a magnetized plate. Identical optical systems precede the sensors. Axes of the optical systems coincide with axes of the sensors. The sensors are charge-coupled device (CCD) sensors or complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensors.
