DARK-SHEET AUTOMATIC JUNCTION TELEVISION MONITOR OUTSIDE THE FRAME

PURPOSE: A TV external monitor frame shading sheet automatic splicer is provided to automatically splice a shading sheet to an external frame of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) TV or an LED(Light Emitting Diode) TV. CONSTITUTION: A consign clamper(45) holds both ends of a shading sheet(300). A cutter cuts the shading sheet by driving a cutting cylinder. An elevating arm(23) is dropped by driving the cutting cylinder when the cutter cuts the shading sheet. A finger(21) holds both ends of the cut shading sheet by driving a finger cylinder. The elevating arm is risen by driving the elevating cylinder. The finger is transferred to a shading sheet spliced position of the external monitor frame by a plate transfer motor(26). The shading sheet is automatically spliced inside the external monitor frame by driving the elevating arm.
