Soft polyurethane safety boots - with hard polyurethane foam toe cap moulded inside

The hard polyurethane foam cap is prefabricated and postioned on the core of the boot mould over the toe secton. The soft polyurethane foam mixture is then injected in and allowed to foam over the cavity between the core and the outer mould walls to form the boot.
