<p>597132 A liquid pump (100) adapted to dispense a liquid from a beverage container (C) is disclosed. The pump (100) includes a top portion (110), an elongated body (140), a bottom portion (160), an electric motor and a power supply. The electric motor is designed to draw fluid into the bottom portion (160), through the elongated body (140) and into the top portion (110). The top portion includes a dispenser activator (120) to activate the electric motor and a dispenser head (114). The bottom portion (160) at least partially contains the electric motor and the top portion (110) at least partially contains the power supply. A portion of the electrical connection between motor and power supply is positioned within the elongated body (140) isolated from the fluid when the pump (100) is placed in the beverage container.</p> |
