PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solid catalyst for ethylene gas-phase polymerization is provided to improve catalytic polymerization active profile to smooth shape by using an alkoxysilane based compound as an electron donor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid catalyst for ethylene gas-phase polymerization comprises: a step of manufacturing magnesium halide by Grignard-reacting metal magnesium with a halid compound; a step of manufacturing catalyst intermediate by reacting tetravalent titanium compounds during the Grignard-reaction; and a step of manufacturing a solid catalyst by adding alkoxysilane-based compounds before or after the reaction. A polymerization or the copolymerization method of ethylene comprises a step of polymerizing ethylene, or copolymerizing ethylene with otherα-olefin under the presence of a catalyst system comprising the solid catalyst, and trialkylaluminum-based cocatalyst. |
