PURPOSE: An air purifier is provided to improve filter performance and to prevent filter damage. CONSTITUTION: An air purifier comprises a housing(100), a filter(200), an air supply unit(300), shields(400), and a blowing fan(500). A partitioning plate(103) divides an inner space connected to an inlet hole(101) and a discharge hole. The shields are mounted in predetermined intervals. The blowing fan is mounted at the outlet hole of the housing and guides air flow.
