<p>Disclosed are allergens that can be extracted efficiently from a sample material, such as a food that contains the allergens, and the allergens can be detected quickly and precisely by eliminating the non-specific reactions accompanying the disintegration of colloidal gold bound to an antibody without using a reducing agent. A developing solution that contains at least 10% FBS is used with an immunochromatographic method that uses colloidal gold-labeled antibodies where colloidal gold is bound to monoclonal antibodies for denatured and native allergens, a development base to which is fixed monoclonal antibodies that recognize different epitopes than the colloidal gold-labeled antibodies, an allergen measurement sample extracted from the sample material using SDS or other anionic surfactant and a thiosulfate, or SDS or other anionic surfactant and Tween 20 or other non-ionic surfactant, and a developing solution, and that detects allergens according to whether or not there is a concentration of the colloidal gold after the developing solution is developed on the development base.</p> |
