Disclosed is a liver function-protecting agent comprising (1) phospholipid in an amount of 10 wt% or more based on the total solid content of the composition, and (2) lactosylceramide in an amount of 0.16 wt% or more based on the total solid content of the composition, wherein the lactosylceramide is obtained by heating milk or milk material under acidic conditions.
