PURPOSE: A fluorescence touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform a function as an optical type touch screen operated by light. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent device array(20) includes a plurality of fluorescent devices(22). A fluorescent device emits output light by the external light. The fluorescent device array is arranged inside an optical waveguide(30). The optical waveguide supplies a path of the output light. A PD(Photo Detector)(40) detects the output light transferred through the optical waveguide. A controller(50) extracts the point according to the output light information of the PD.
