PURPOSE: A wire partial disconnection fatigue measuring device is provided to measure a partial disconnection of a wire with mechanical fatigue repeatedly added on various wires, thereby accurately grasping the partial disconnection existence of the wire. CONSTITUTION: A wire partial disconnection fatigue measuring device comprises a table(100), a wire fixing unit(200), a weight plumb(300), a rotary supporting unit(400), a fatigue applying unit(500), a proximity sensor(600), and an angle displaying unit(700). The table is fixed to a bottom surface. The wire fixing unit arranges a wire perpendicularly on the central portion of the table and fixes the wire by pressing a predetermined portion of the wire. The weight plumb maintains the wire in the lower part of the table to be perpendicular to a gravity direction so that loads of the weight plumb is applied to the lower part of the wire around the wire fixing unit. The rotary supporting unit comprises a fastener. The fastener grips the upper part of the wire of predetermined height on the top of the table around the wire fixing unit. The rotary supporting unit repeats a left and right side bending of the wire. The fatigue applying unit applies bending fatigue to the wire. |
