<p>The assembly (10) has a set of flanges (12, 14), and a hinge mechanism (40) for connecting the set of flanges for regulating an angular position of usage of one of the flange relative to the other flange about an articulation axis (Y). The hinge mechanism includes a set of metal reinforcements i.e. frames, and a third flange (16) having a bore, where the reinforcements are mounted rotatably relative to one another.
