PURPOSE: A multipurpose air conditioning system is provided to enable to supply hot water of desired temperature while heating and cooling by using one system at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose air conditioning system comprises a heat pump unit(100), a cooling-and-heating unit(200), and a hot water unit(300). The heat pump unit includes a compressor(110), a direction converting valve(120), a heat exchanger(150) for the heat exchange of a heating source and refrigerant, an expanding device, and a heat exchanger(130) for the heat exchange of the refrigerant and second fluid. The cooling-and-heating unit includes a heat storage tank(210) and supplies the second fluid stored in the heat storage unit.
