<p>The system has a measuring device (7) arranged between a distributing device (8) and a press (1) for measuring an actual value of a surface weight profile of a pressed material mat (2). A control device (6) is arranged inside the distributing device for comparing the actual value with a reference value of the profile and determining correcting variables at a lower adjusting device (5) and an upper adjusting device (9) i.e. lifting device. The measuring device and the adjusting devices are arranged within a distance of less than 5 meters concerning to a length of the pressed material mat. X-ray and gamma emitters are arranged as the measuring device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a material plate e.g. particle plate, chipboard, fiberboard such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) plate, and wooden planks, and a plastic plate.</p> |
