Disclosed is a method of providing streaming interactive video. The method includes running a twitch video game or application on one or more servers of a hosting service centre, the twitch video game or application being played by at least one user remote to the hosting service centre over a packet-based network via low-latency compressed streaming interactive video displayed on at least one client device. The method also includes recording, by the hosting service centre, video output associated with the running of the twitch video game or application, the recording occurring as the twitch video game or application is being played. A user interface is provided that allows the at least one user to selectively replay any portion of the recorded video output.
