<p>The apparatus has two pedals designed to be operated by lower limbs, and a pair of blades (1) that is identical and placed side by side in an independent manner. Each blade comprises a rigid horizontal portion (11) that acts as a frame unit, and an inclined portion (12), and a central portion (13). One of the pedals connects the horizontal portion and the inclined portion, where the pedal exerts force that is opposite to force exerted on the inclined portion such that the pedal is forced back when the pedal is not actuated by the lower limbs.</p> |
