<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly and certainly perform a measurement of graphical information in an image with reduced user's operation. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 41 captures an image of a subject to be measured, imaged by an imaging unit 17, detects the outline of a graphic included in the captured image by a Hough transformation, sets an edge detection tool on the detected outline, and measures graphic information concerning the graphic by the set edge detection tool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
