<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle panel that improves sound insulating performance, and prevents cost increase even when a film is used. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle panel 5 installed in a roof opening part 4 of a vehicle 1 includes: a panel 20; and a film 10 to be adhered to at least any one of the vehicle outside and the vehicle inside of the panel 20 in a stacked manner on the panel 20. In the film 10, a weatherstrip installation part 17 for installing a weatherstrip 30 in a film peripheral edge part 16, is arranged along a panel peripheral edge part 21.
