<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a card key whose design has been improved. <P>SOLUTION: A card key 1 comprises a card key molded body 11, an upper housing 21, and a lower housing 31. The card key molded body 11 is formed, into a plate-like shape, integrally with a circuit board 41 that has electronic components 42 for conducting radio communication with in-vehicle equipment mounted thereon so that the circuit board is covered by a resin material. The upper housing 21 and the lower housing 31 house the card key molded body 11 while sandwiching it, and are bonded with each other with opposing end faces thereof in a closely-contacted state.
