<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense, in a pipe or the like inside of which is subjected to coating such as rubber lining or glass lining, a portion where the coating layer is peeled off and a portion where the coating layer is not peeled off, thereby detecting the peeled portion of coating layer inside the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In an inspection of a pipe through which a corrosive medium is fed, from the outer surface side of a pipe having a coating layer inside it, infrared thermography is used to sense the temperature distribution of the inside of the pipe to identify the peeled portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
