<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the alternation or deletion of data from being performed by a crew, and to enable the crew to initialize an operation card in which any failure has been generated without going back to an office. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is an operation card initialization method for controlling the operation of a tachograph 100 loaded on a vehicle in such situations that radio communication is executable between the tachograph and a predetermined management device 200, the operation card initialization method being characterized such that the tachograph monitors the error occurrence of data writing in a mounted operation card (S21), and transmits writing failure notification to the management device when the situations of the error occurrence of data writing satisfy predetermined conditions (S22), and that the management device transmits a format command to permit the initialization of the operation card to the tachograph when receiving the writing failure notification (S32), and that the tachograph transfers the recorded operation data before the execution of the format processing(S23). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
