<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in power saving control for a shared device shared by a plurality of users, a control pattern of the shared device does not match behavioral patterns of the users, and the shared device cannot be controlled without damaging convenience or comfort of the users. <P>SOLUTION: A behavioral pattern information DB 105 stores a corresponding re-entry time model every user category of users. A predicted re-entry time of day calculation part 112 calculates a predicted re-entry time of day from when the user leaves an area where the shared device 141 is available to when the user returns to the area on the basis of a re-entry time model. A shared device control unit 121 controls the shared device 141 on the basis of the predicted re-entry time of day. Thus, a management device 100 controls the shared device 141 corresponding to the behavioral pattern of a user every user category and reduces possibilities that convenience and comfort of the user are damaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
