<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element including an infrared ray-emitting layer for emitting infrared rays with high efficiency and a long service life and a visible light-emitting layer for emitting visible light with high efficiency and a long service life, and to provide a light-emitting device and an electronic device provided with the light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 1 of the present invention includes an anode 3, a cathode 11, and a visible light-emitting layer 7 for emitting visible light and an infrared ray-emitting layer 6 for emitting infrared rays, which are provided between the anode 3 and the cathode 11.
