<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine an object to be visually observed by a visual observer. <P>SOLUTION: A visual observation object determination device 100 is configured to determine an object visually observed by a visual observer 1. The visual observation object determination device 100 is configured to detect a visual line 1a of the visual observer 1 on the basis of image data of the visual observer 1, and to calculate a visual point position 1b beyond the visual line 1a on a display device 10. The visual observation object determination device 100 is configured to specify a correction coefficient for each object on the basis of a distance between the visual point position 1b and each of objects 10A to 10C. The visual observation object determination device 100 is configured to calculate a correction time for each object on the basis of a time when the display device 10 is visually observed by the visual observer 1 and the correction coefficient of each object.
