<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a stopper function to a vehicle height adjusting means and to form the vehicle height adjusting means in a compact size for improving a damper. <P>SOLUTION: A damper D includes: a vehicle-side attaching part C1 connected to a vehicle body; an axle-side attaching part C2 connected to an axle; and a vehicle height adjusting means H adjusting the distance X between the attaching parts C1 and C2. The vehicle height adjusting means H includes: a rod-side attaching member 1 formed in a bottomed cylinder shape having a bottom 10 and a cylindrical part 11; a holder 2 also formed in a bottomed cylinder shape having a bottom 20 and a cylindrical part 21 and inserted into the rod-side attaching member 1 as retractable; and a stopper member 3 comprising a shaft 30 and a locking part 31 connected to a base end of the shaft 30. The stopper member 3 is configured in such a manner that a distal end of the shaft 30 is fixed to the bottom 10 of the rod-side attaching member 1 and the shaft 30 is movably inserted through a hole 20a formed at the bottom 20 of the holder 2 and that the locking part 31 can be abutted on the bottom 20 of the holder 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
