<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material slicer formed by arranging a slide member capable of easily and surely slicing a food material such as bread in a predetermined thickness, on a knife. <P>SOLUTION: The slide member (3) forms the food material slicer 1 by being arranged on the knife (2) comprising a blade body (4) for slicing the food material and a handle body (5) supporting the blade body (4) and laterally slices the food material (7) placed on a cutting table (6) in the predetermined thickness. The slide member includes: a mounting part (8) to the knife (2); and a surface (9) to be guided, which is located apart a distance equal to a required slice thickness (d) from a virtual cutting surface (P) of the food material (7) by the blade body (4) during mounting to the knife (2), and movably guided to the cutting table (6) during slicing the food material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
