For an immersion nozzle for casting which may increase the quality of a slab and a continuous casting apparatus including the same, the present invention provides an immersion nozzle for casting, which includes: a body section having an inlet which is formed at one end for the introduction of molten metal, first and second outlets which are formed to face each other at the side surface portions of the other end so as to discharge the molten metal, and an internal hole which extends from the inlet such that the molten metal that is introduced via the inlet may move to the first and second outlets; a first swirl block disposed in the internal hole of the body section in proximity to the second outlet such that the molten metal that is introduced via the inlet may be discharged via the first outlet while swirling; and a second swirl block disposed in the proximity of the first outlet such that the molten metal that is introduced via the inlet may be discharged via the second outlet while swirling.
