The device has a measuring probe (21) with receiving chamber to remove fluid component from first fluid medium (30), which is connected with circulating unit (23). A measuring device (17,18) is provided for determining concentration of fluid component in second fluid medium conveyed by conveyor device (20) of circulating unit. The chamber is separated from first fluid medium through semi-permeable membrane. An extending pipe is arranged in chamber. The distance between outside wall of pipe and inner wall of membrane is kept constant in order to reduce effective volume of chamber.
