PURPOSE: Producing apparatus and method of meat processed food using chicken is provided to improve the convenience and safety of producing steps for the food. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of meat processed food using chicken comprises the following: a compressing unit(10) compressing chicken meat; a cutting unit(20) including plural cutters installed into the horizontal and vertical directions for cutting the chicken meat; a chopping unit(30) installed on the rear side of the cutting unit for chopping the cut chicken meat; a stirring unit(40) stirring the chopped chicken meat with sauce, and kneading; a molding unit(50) molding the chicken meat mixture into the edible size; a heating unit(60) heating the molded products; a water spraying unit removing foreign materials from the chicken; upper and lower rollers(11, 13); and a drive motor applying power to the upper roller. |
