<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable holding of a valve body in the middle of full opening and full closing, in a valve drive unit. <P>SOLUTION: The valve drive unit has a valve body holding mechanism 15 using magnetic attraction force to hold the valve body at a predetermined rotation angle. Further, the valve body holding mechanism 15 has two permanent magnets 16a, 16b as rotors provided to a gear member 9 to rotate, and three magnetic bodies 17a to 17c as stators which are disposed and circumferentially separated mutually on a rotary shaft 4 and which are relatively stationary to the permanent magnets 16a, 16b. Thereby, by making magnetic attraction act between the permanent magnets 16a, 16b and the magnetic bodies 17a to 17c, the valve body can be held with fluttering of the valve body suppressed at three rotation angles at full closing, intermediate opening and full opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
