<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reform gas to enhance reaction efficiency of the gas. <P>SOLUTION: In the gas reforming method, the gas is reformed by arranging a reforming surface obtained by coating ceramic particle with binder in the flowing path of the gas and passing the gas near the reforming surface. The ceramic particle is obtained by carrying out redox treatment of the mixture of rutile base titanium oxide particle a metal particle having high ionization tendency of a such degree to generate electrolyte by the redox treatment with the rutile base titanium oxide, electrolyzing the electrolyte generated by the redox treatment with solvent, and sintering the material deposited in a negative electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
