<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup apparatus capable of adjusting and fixing an imaging position between a lens unit and a mount unit including an image pickup element, and securing a waterproof performance between the lens unit and the mount unit, with a few components. <P>SOLUTION: A lens unit 16 is constituted of a lens fixing member 6 to which a lens 4 is fixed, and a lens holder 8. The lens fixing member 6 is detachably attached to the lens holder 8 via a screw part. An image pickup element 22 is fixed to a predetermined position of the lens unit holding member 10 via an image pickup element base plate 24. The lens unit 16 is moved in an optical axis direction (in the direction of an arrow N) in a storage recess part of the lens unit holding member 10 to adjust the imaging position of the lens 4 with respect to the image pickup element 22 and then welding a portion C between the lens unit holding member 10 and the lens holder 8 across the whole circumferential direction, so that the lens unit 16 is fixed to the lens unit holding member 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
