<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable manufacturing of a thermoelectric conversion material in a manufacturing method of the thermoelectric conversion material which uses an atomization method. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a thermoelectric conversion material includes the steps of: heating and melting a metal material held in a crucible 10; heating up the metal material from a temperature in the process for melting the metal material; spraying the melted metal material which is held in the crucible 10 to an injection chamber 12 with a gas-atomized method and generating alloy powder; and sintering the alloy powder and forming the thermoelectric conversion material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
