<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data for determining whether or not an indoor environment and energy efficiency can be improved for one building, improving the operation of an air conditioning system of the building or the like, and contributing to reduction of energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: For one building, on the basis of an indoor temperature-outside air temperature distribution diagram for 1-hour before the start of an air conditioner, whose horizontal axis is a monthly average indoor temperature to be obtained at 1-hour before the start of the air conditioner and vertical axis is a monthly average outside air temperature to be obtained at 1-hour before the start of the air conditioner, the cooling effectiveness by outside air introduction is determined for the building. An air conditioning system status diagram is formed by plotting the names of air conditioning systems on abscissa, the time on one side of the ordinate, and the temperature on the other side of the ordinate, while plotting start-up time (-) of the air conditioner, a room temperature (rhombus) 1 to be obtained at 1-hour before the start-up, and an outside air temperature (▵) to be obtained 1-hour before the start-up for each air conditioning system. On the basis of the air conditioning system status diagram, an air conditioning system in which outside air conditioning is to be accelerated is determined in relation with the start-up time of the air conditioner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
