摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module that can be manufactured easily with a simple configuration and also of which temperature rise is effectively suppressed, thereby achieving excellent power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes an infrared diffraction grating 9 arranged on a path of light incident on first solar cells 11 so that an angle of infrared incident on the first solar cells 11 becomes larger (than in a case of not providing the infrared diffraction grating 9), suppressing temperature rise of the first solar cells 11. Accordingly, without using a special cooling system, high power generation efficiency can be achieved with a simpler configuration than in a conventional case. Further, the solar cell module includes second solar cells 13 which have higher infrared sensitivity than that of the first solar cells 11 and are provided on a diffraction side of the infrared diffraction grating 9, making a large portion of infrared incident on the second solar cells 13.
