<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil insertion method and a coil insertion device, capable of preventing even a blade with a width reduced by increasing the numbers of slots of a stator core from separating from internal teeth of the stator core and preventing occurrence of a defective. <P>SOLUTION: A coil insertion method comprises: forming a hole 15 on the outer peripheral side of a tip part of a blade 12 projected from the tip surface of a stator core on a coil insertion direction side; forming a cuff support 26 moving in a radial direction along both end surfaces of an internal tooth of the stator core; inserting a tip part 26a of the cuff support 26 disposed on the tip surface of the stator core into the hole 15 of the blade 12 to support the blade 12; and inserting a coil to the end in the state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
