<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HTTP access repeater system capable of flexibly handling the configurations or specifications of various network systems. <P>SOLUTION: An HTTP access management policy DB 104 is configured to store a management policy showing the editing method of an HTTP packet.
