<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a toner for electrostatic charge image development, in which wax is fixed and formed into a film without dropping from a core toner surface by using mixed fine particles containing the wax obtained by simultaneously emulsifying and dispersing the wax and a binder resin, and to provide a capsule toner showing improved hot offset resistance without degrading anti-blocking property. <P>SOLUTION: A capsule toner is obtained by the following production method of a capsule toner. The method includes: a mixture fine particle deposition step of depositing mixture fine particles comprising a binder resin and wax on the surfaces of toner base particles containing a binder resin, polar or nonpolar wax and a colorant to form toner base particles with mixture fine particles; a spray step of spraying a liquid to the toner base particles with the mixture fine particles in a fluidized state to plasticize the fine particles; a film forming step of forming a resin coating layer on the surfaces of the toner base particles by forming films of the mixture fine particles of the toner base particles with the mixture fine particles by impact force applied to the fine particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
