PURPOSE: A NFC(near field communication) based mobile security control method and system thereof are provided to simplify a security authentication procedure by using a mobile apparatus including an NFC communication module. CONSTITUTION: A PC(personal computer) stores an inputted terminal ID(identification) in a memory. When a terminal of a user accesses a recognition area of an NFC reader, the NFC reader receives the terminal ID from the terminal(S112). The NFC reader compares the received terminal ID and the stored terminal ID(S116). When the received terminal ID and the stored terminal ID are matched from each other, the PC converts a security mode into a normal operation mode in response to a comparison signal outputted from the NFC reader(S118).
