PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning a mask for depositing an organic light emitting display is provided to simplify a structure of a processing bath by not installing a fixing bracket. CONSTITUTION: A processing bath(30) receives melting NaOH and provides an immersion space of a mask(11) cleaned with the melting NaOH. A jig(10) fixes the mask and immerses the mask. A cover is formed on the upper side of the jig and covers the upper side of the processing bath when the door is opened.
