<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance degree of urgency of data collection with time and labor of a user of a terminal in the case that the user concerns itself in the data collection. <P>SOLUTION: A data storage device 102 stores data that is a target of collection by a computer 101. Terminals 103 to 104 can communicate with both of the computer 101 and the data storage device 102. The computer 101 recognizes elapsed time since collecting the data stored in the data storage device 102 through any of the terminals 103 to 104 in the past, and obtains a threshold defined so as to be longer with increase in the elapsed time. The computer 101 calculates a distance between the data storage device 102 and the terminal 103, for example in relation to the terminal 103, and gives (S1) the terminal 103 a second command to give (S2) a user 105 a first command for transferring (S4) the data stored in the data storage device 102 to the terminal 103, when the distance is smaller than the threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
