<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink capable of giving an image which is excellent in bronze resistance and has a high optical density and glossiness; to provide an ink cartridge prepared by using the ink; and to provide an ink jet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The ink includes a specific green pigment having a metallophthalocyanine skeleton, a resin for dispersing the green pigment, carbon black, and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether. The ink is characterized in that the green pigment has a ratio of the Kα line intensity of chlorine atoms to the Kα line intensity of bromine atoms, of 0.01 or more and 3.2 or less, measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis, and the mass ratio of the content of the carbon black to the content of the green pigment based on the total mass of the ink is 6.0 or more and 30.0 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
