<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tobacco odor deodorant that has deodorizing and deodorant effects against unpleasant odors such as tobacco oder and is capable of sustaining the deodorizing and deodorant effects when clothing is worn, and to provide a treating agent composition for textile products including the tobacco odor deodorant. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a tobacco odor deodorant comprising a silicic acid ester represented by a general formula (1); a treating agent composition for textile products containing the tobacco odor deodorant; and a method for deodorizing tobacco odor of textile products by treating textile products with the treating agent composition for textile products (where, four R's are the same or different perfume residue, a hydrogen atom, or a 1-3C alkyl group, and at least one R represents a residue of 4-methyl-3-decene-5-ol from which a hydroxyl group is removed and each of the remaining R's is a residue of an alcohol-based perfume or phenol-based perfume from which one hydroxyl group is removed, a hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
