<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique such as a three-dimensional measuring apparatus capable of three-dimensionally measuring a measuring target appropriately, when the measuring target includes a plurality of regions having different brightness (colors). <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measuring apparatus includes a projection section, an image capturing section and a control section. The projection section has an illumination of which illuminance can be changed, and projects a fringe pattern on a measuring target by using light from the illumination. The control section causes the projection section to capture an image of the measuring target, acquires a brightness value from the captured image of the measuring target, allocates a plurality of inspection blocks to the measuring target on the basis of the acquired brightness value, determines a measured illuminance of the illumination for each of the allocated inspection blocks, causes the projection section to project the fringe pattern on each of the inspection blocks with the measured illumination determined, causes the image capturing section to capture an image of the fringe pattern on the inspection block on which the fringe pattern is projected, and measures three-dimensionally the measuring target on the basis of the captured image of the fringe pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
