<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine warming-up device capable of raising the temperature of lubricating oil by using the heat of exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of heat pipes 26 for raising the temperature of lubricating oil 6 are provided between an exhaust means 21 and a bearing cap 12 in an engine body 1. More in detail, a heat-receiving member 25 is connected to an exhaust pipe 23, and one end 26A of each of five heat pipes 26 is connected to the heat-receiving member 25. The other end 26B of each heat pipe 26 is joined with the bearing cap 12 of each journal part 11A in a crankshaft 11. During the engine warming-up, the heat of the exhaust gas is transferred to each bearing cap 12 via each heat pipe 26, and the temperature of the lubricating oil 6 in the crank journal part 11A can be rapidly raised.
