<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance without directly installing, in a cylinder, a fuel injection device for directly injecting fuel to the inside (in the cylinder) of the cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: Fuel is independently injected from a first injector 10 and a second injector 25 for injecting fuel so that fuel will reach a suction opening during a suction stroke, promotion of vaporization of fuel and maintenance of stratification of fuel are both arbitrarily regulated compatibly, a state of fuel reaching to the suction opening at timing of opening of a suction valve 7 in the suction stroke is accurately controlled, and the performance when fuel is directly injected to the inside of a combustion chamber 6 is maintained in a range of a wide operation condition from cold time to high load operation time at medium and high speed after warming-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
