<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire including a side reinforcing layer, which combines improved driving stability with reduced rolling resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The side reinforcing layer 10 including reinforcement cords 10a which extend in a tire circumferential direction along at least one side face of a bead filler 6 is provided. The reinforcing cords 10a constituting the side reinforcing layer 10 are disposed in such a manner that the number of buried cords gradually decreases from a tire-diametrical-direction inside toward tire-diametrical-direction outside. A tire-diametrical-direction inner end portion 10i of the side reinforcing layer 10 is disposed outside a bead core 5 in the tire diametrical direction, and a tire-diametrical-direction outer end portion 10o of the side reinforcing layer 10 is disposed outside the bead filler 6 in the tire diametrical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
