The present invention relates to a housing (1) of an electronic module, comprising a mounting surface (3) located at one side of the housing, the mounting surface comprises at least three sub-mounting surfaces (4a, 4b), lines connecting the centers of respective sub-mounting surfaces (4a, 4b) form a polygon, and a mounting hole ?5? extending from one side of the housing (1) to the other side thereof is opened within an area of the polygon. In addition, the present invention relates further to an electronic module and a light emitting module having said housing and a backlight module. The housing of the electronic module according to the present invention and the module having such a housing have the advantages of low cost, easy installation, high reliability, and can be fixed many times.
