PURPOSE: A solid formulation composition for oral administration of tacrolimus is provided to improve the bioavailability of tacrolimus without inconvenience. CONSTITUTION: A solid formulation composition for oral administration of tacrolimus contains: a base composition of a self micro-emulsifying drug delivery system containing 30-90 wt% of caproyl caprylic macrogol glyceride as a surfactant, 5-45 wt% of propylene glycol caprylate or triglycerides or a mixture thereof, and 5-60 wt% of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether; 0.1-5.3 weight parts of tacrolimus; and 10-60 parts by weight of dioxy silicone. |
