<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate which makes adhesion to a polarizing element excellent without poor appearance such as white turbidity of a protective film made of a triacetyl cellulose-based resin for protecting the polarizing element and which is superior in wet heat resistance and durability even if manufacture of the polarizing plate is accelerated to high speed. <P>SOLUTION: Saponification is applied to a protective film made of a triacetyl cellulose-based resin using an alkali solution so that the relationship of 25≤t*n*(T-35)≤110 is satisfied when a processing time represents t(minute), a degree of specification represents n(N) and a processing temperature represents T(°C), and thereafter the protective film is adhered to the polarizing element, thereby manufacturing the polarizing plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
