<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving coil capable of taking an image without reducing reception sensitivity of signals from a subject to be tested not wearing an oxygen mask or the like while capable of being installed around a subject to be tested wearing an instrument such as an oxygen mask or the like when MRI images are taken. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving coil is for use in a magnetic resonance imaging device for detecting NMR signals of the subject to be tested placed in a magnetostatic space. The receiving coil includes: a first structure; and a second structure different from the first structure. The configuration of the second structure is changed according to whether or not the subject to be tested wears an instrument which interferes with the receiving coil to be installed around the subject to be tested. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
